WELSH CROWN GREEN CONSTIUTION (EXTRACT)
10. ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS All Persons and Bodies affiliated to the Association shall be entitled to attend the Annual and Special General Meetings. (This includes all members that have paid the Annual Registration Fee see Rules 3) Any Association, League or Club that does not have representation, or has not given an apology prior to the AGM is liable for a 10POUND fine. All meetings run under the auspices of the Welsh Crown Green Bowling Association shall Be non-smoking.

The Wrexham Area AGM will be held on Monday 8th February 2010 doors open at 7.00pm at Gresford Colliery Club.
Items for the Agenda must be with the Secretary at least 28 days prior to the AGM.
